YOUR ROLE

  • Support and facilitate Regional Supply Chain and Planning & Logistics managers with various administration activities
  • Handle managers' travel arrangements
  • Organize managers' calendars
  • Track expenses and document 
  • Support in PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle flight bookings and hotel accommodations
  • Collect reports (monthly & quarterly) from the countries in the region, consolidate them, and send them to the right channel
  • Take minutes of meetings when necessary

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
