Technical Customer Service Engineer - ACM

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide technical support to our end users, distributors and sales staff relating to products, applications, industry and equipment
  • Build, maintain and deliver technology/industry training for both the technical service team and the sales team.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities through provision of customer solutions and driving customer input into new product development applications.
  • Participate in trade shows and technical seminars
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and implement Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures within laboratory environment,
  • Conduct laboratory testing, report results, prepare detailed engineering reports and related recommendations to sales staff and/ or customers.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, ideally Automotive or Mechanical
  • 1-2 years’ work experience problem solving for customers
  • Good presentation and customer facing skills is essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, supported by a high level of written and verbal communication skill
  • Highly task orientated with the ability to meet deadlines, recognise and service customers’ needs.
