YOUR ROLE

  • Build a long & short-term strategies for overall e-commerce business and responsible key accounts
  • Plan and implement from new product listings and sales promotional activities to grow sales and margins with key customers
  • Manage the relationship between Henkel and e-commerce vendors and also e-retailers
  • Work in close cooperation with other sales channels, marketing and global e-commerce team to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Own strong responsibilities for not only topline target but also profitability by customer and by brand


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred (but not limited)
  • Minimum 7(Seven) of working experience in FMCG industry (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Minimum 7(Seven) of working experience of e-commerce business or key account management or Trade Marketing
  • Strong commercializing & negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurship and customer oriented, self-motivated and high-performance behavior
  • Communication skills to build cross functional teamwork
  • Intermediate or advanced English communication skill
