YOUR ROLE

  • This role will be responsible for 
  • Working closely with the cross functional teams to review customer quality requirements for new and existing materials.
  • Controlling and managing the PPAP documents on the global database. 
  • Using problem solving skills such as A3 and 8D to perform root cause an effect analysis 
  • Participating in internal and external audits  
  • Participating in site driven activities to drive quality improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with the global standards and procedures  
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering related field 
  • 2 years of experience is required 
  • Experienced in Customer Quality Management 
  • Experienced in Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) 
  • Strong understanding of FMEA and SPC tools for analysis 
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills, 8D and A3 problem Solving methodologies 
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and IATF16949 requirements 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization 
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively 
  • Preferred Six Sigma Black/Green Belt Certified
