YOUR ROLE

  • Support Henkel end-to-end payroll process: pre-payroll preparation, payroll system execution, reconciliation, validation, preparing bank files 
  • Handle post-payroll and statutory report preparation
  • Address internal and external audit payroll concerns 
  • Coordinate with country Local HR and Finance teams regarding payroll
  • Update payroll documentations and job aids



YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience as a Payroll professional; preferably with expertise in Australia and New Zealand payroll process obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel is required; Simple automation experience using Macro and VBA is highly preferred

  • ADP Payroll (Global View) and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, detail-oriented, with time management and collaboration skills
