YOUR ROLE

  • Supporting and representing the Global HR Process Owner in the area of personnel administration within concepts, projects, processes, inquiries and communication
  • Steering and supporting global projects
  • Supporting and monitoring HR systems, tools and processes including testing, documentation and user training
  • Introducing and improving HR systems and processes
  • Accompaning and supporting the work of other HR Process Owners in the direct environment
  • Providing clarification to users’ inquiries based upon personnel and organizational knowledge and expertise

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification through very good practical experience
  • Overall work experience 3 years minimum
  • Work experience in the area of HR operations / personnel administration 2-3 years recommanded
  • Profound HR IT skills, experience with SAP HR (PA or Org.) and MS Office is a must
  • Advanced level (in verbal and written form) in English language
  • Pro-active, open minded, self-reliant, customer-oriented team-player with good communication and organizational skills
