We are looking for a passionate and proactive KSA National to join our team in the Henkel Polybit office in Dammam. If this sounds like you, then apply here for an opportunity to join our team.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition in Saudi Construction market, with a primary focus on Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
  • Advise Marketing and Sales teams on product portfolio adjustments and market trends.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales and Technical Customer Service teams for Project approvals and submission activities.
  • Develop new business by managing relationships with existing and new customers across Saudi Arabia.
  • Manage and improve project pipeline.


YOUR SKILLS

  • 5+ years working experience in Construction Industry in total, with at least 3+ years in projects, proposals, estimation, planning, purchasing departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering - Chemical / Mechanical / Civil).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is key, along with established presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with and manage expectations of cross-functional teams.
