Regional Key Account Manager - Laundry and Home Care

As Regional Key Accounts Manager, you will be working side-by-side with the Regional Sales Unit and countries’ Modern Trade Teams from the High Growth region (MEA, APAC and LATAM) and other stakeholders within the International Sales Unit, the International Shopper Marketing, and Category Manager to develop Modern Trade Strategy and steer top key accounts in the region.

You will develop a spirit of teamwork between all countries and regions and constantly search for ways to optimize the performance of Henkel Laundry and Home Care in the Modern Trade, the level of expertise of the sales team, and the perception by our retail trade partners.


  • Prepare and execute regular business reviews with regional accounts with updates on scorecards, counter performances and Key performance indicators
  • Report and analyze the performance of top KA in the region with gap and opportunities analysis/reco
  • Gather and share best practices in the region for the KA channel (key account management, negotiations and agreements, profitability, etc.)
  • Monitor and gather insights from countries on channel and customers
  • Yearly review of channel trends and evolution
  • Support and coach local KAs in the countries with best practices
  • Prepare regional workshops for the sales team


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least five (5) to seven (7) years working experience in key accounts management
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Highly structured and ability to manage several projects in parallel and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including to top international key accounts or top management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Energy and passion for innovation
  • Role model and setting pace within an international environment with indirect management responsibilities
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal (Arabic, French are a plus)
