Business Development Manager - Kenra Professional

YOUR ROLE

  • Prospect and close new Kenra Color & Haircare salons to meet quarterly goals and grow the Kenra Professional salon base in geographic territory

  • Follow and implement the sales processes as trained in the Sales Academy

  • Maintain ongoing target list of active New Customer Acquisition targets in the pipeline at all times that is approved by the Director of Sales

  • Customize long-term business development plans for prospective salons to create loyalty and continued growth with new business

  • Increase overall territory growth through FSM/Director partnership and ongoing value-add approach

  • Implement and document weekly and monthly responsibilities in a timely manner

  • Manage time, resources, and budgets for overall territory in a responsible and effective manner

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Cosmetology license preferred, but not required

  • 3-5 years sales experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Salesforce

  • Will require up to 50% travel throughout the market
