  • Develop and execute US business and strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the brand; including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans. 
  • Accountable for creating effective 360° marketing campaigns in the US to launch new products and grow/maintain existing product business. 
  • Leads all brand commercialization and in-market execution; including partnering with sales management to plan and execute retail programs.  
  • Responsible for optimizing brand growth on the US market, while ensuring global image, standards and direction is upheld. 
  • Work closely with New Product Development and US Sales and other cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and support tools that meet the needs of the US market. 
  • Responsible for the development of current and future forecast for brands and updates throughout the year. 
  • Work closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain for alignment and reconciliation. 
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly


  • BA in Marketing, Sales, Merchandising or a similar field, MBA preferred 
  • 4+ years of progressive Marketing Experience An orientation for detailed planning, tracking and project management 
  • An aptitude for Business Analysis 
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel & Presentation Skills 
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of time, including weekend
