YOUR ROLE

This role of Brand Manager is to lead & execute Canada’s marketing strategy for the Zotos Professional portfolio through the creation, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that drive brand growth both short- and long-term strategic marketing plans. 

  • Lead development and execution of brand marketing plans that includes promotions and programs, by working closely and in coordination with International Marketing, National Sales, Education, and Operations to ensure that overall brand goals, timelines and objectives are met.

  • Develop customized opportunities that allow for a win-win with our partners.

  • Responsible to influence and collect field data from distributors, sales consultant, technical advisors and hairstylists to make product and program recommendations – continuously learning to optimize performance in market.

  • Demonstrate strong budget management and ability to manage financial aspects of brands where appropriate, achieving financial objectives

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business

  • At least 5 years Brand Marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, passion for beauty/hair industry

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership skills

  • Strong project and financial management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to function effectively as a leader and collaborator in a team environment

  • Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
