  • The Quality Engineer Associate is responsible for executing and administering programs to drive quality improvement and customer satisfaction. This includes customer complaints, APQP, PPAPs, and participating in projects focused on improving product and process quality.
  • Works on assigned projects which involve quality problem solving, data generation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • This position also involves interfaces with Customer, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, and Package Engineering
  • Consistently brings key tasks to completion by supporting efficient and timely audits of manufacturing plants, and proactively identify quality risk areas and recommend and implement improved quality assurance systems
  • Ensures the problem-solving effort has effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, validation, control and prevent recurrence of customer and supplier complaints when identified as processor in Henkel’s Customer Complaint Management System 


  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment with quality; automotive industry
  • Experience in SAP preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  •  Ability to perform multiple tasks and the ability to effectively manage time.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
