Technical Sales Manager - Structural Adhesives

YOUR ROLE

  • Leverage technical expertise to manage and aggressively grow Henkel's structural adhesives business with the automotive OEMs and Tiers Enhance processes and activities that drive the Key Strategic Initiative / Application L2, expanding the customer base, application range and market share.
  • Develop business cases that generate value for our customers and Henkel Work with account managers and sales engineers to prioritize and execute sales roadmaps.
  • Support pricing activities and quotations aligned with SU strategy Build strong relationships with key customer contacts at design centers and plants.
  • Provide Voice of Customer input to PD and support the ongoing development of the innovation roadmap.
  • Monitor and track monthly performance of the Americas’ structural adhesive key initiative and ensure best practices sharing between regions.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or other related discipline is required.  
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive OEM, BIW, or structural adhesives preferred.
  • 5+ years industry experience with proven success in sales or account management. 
  • Team player with excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Technical design knowledge beneficial
  • Up-to-date computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel as needed to provide service to customers
