YOUR ROLE

  • Team lead of Product Development team Construction Adhesives and related projects
  • Development and application-technical support of innovative products, product solutions and processes in the category of construction adhesives
  • Execution of related projects and control of resources to achieve the category goals in the agreed time, quality and cost framework.
  • International cooperation on technical issues with external partners / suppliers and other Adhesives SBUs worldwide
  • Ensuring the necessary quality, safety and sustainability standards for the construction adhesives product group.
  • Product and application-technical engineering consultancy for all relevant departments (marketing, production, QS, purchasing, etc.)
  • Continual development of employees and the team in technological and other relevant dimensions of the product category

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree or diploma, preferably in Chemistry
  • 5-10 years of experience in the development of chemical / technical products and associated technological processes ideally within the area of Adhesive technologies
  • Leadership experience, ideally of a multicultural team and/or international orientation
  • Good technical understanding of chemical products and processes
  • Good communication and cooperation skills, especially in the international area
  • Agile interaction with various business partners
  • Positive mindset and strong innovative and technical solution orientation
  • Systematic and structured way of working
  • Fluent German and English language skills
