Digital Engineer

These products are used daily in homes, businesses, and throughout the medical system to help people stay clean and healthy. As a Digital Engineer at our Bowling Green facility, you will play a critical role in manufacturing the products our communities urgently need.


As a Digital Engineer, you will:

  • Initiate and lead pilot and rollout projects related to Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation working cross functionally.
  • Screen market for upcoming and new production technologies enabled by Industry 4.0 and Digital.
  • Manage technical, logistic, SHE, procurement and operational aspects of the project.
  • Steer and support projects throughout the entire life cycle, from set-up of project team via design and phase to start-up and operation support.
  • Leverage Big Data Analytics to meet our Strong 2020 Supply Chain targets.
  • Develop meaningful Digital solutions using our Cloud computing platform.
  • Present information using data visualization techniques and technologies.


  • Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar field required with advanced degree preferred in Engineering, mathematics or information technologies. Experience within food, beverage, HPC or other FMCG business preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English with second language preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of integrated business management processes. Demonstrated knowledge of MRP processes and systems (SAP, APO or other ERP systems) required.
