YOUR ROLE

  • Project manager for employer branding and recruitment innovation projects
  • Leading new project developments like digital talent program, internal engagement or new skills projects
  • Joint talent acquisition innovation projects together with recruitment team
  • Owner of internal employer branding and engagement activation
  • Exchange regions and countries to cascade communication and innovation projects, share best practices

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree
  • 2 years professional experience in employer branding, recruitment, strategic HR or corporate communication
  • Experience in talent acquisition or employer branding
  • Project steering experience
  • Excellent English skills (written, oral)
  • Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
  • Excellent presentation skills, high assertivenes and ability to establish trustful relationships across regions and local units, stakeholder management
  • Passion for people and true team player: team results matter more than an individual agenda
