YOUR ROLE

  • Territory Sales Representative to Lead in a newly formed business in the Collision Repair market.
  • Ability to manage significant travel including overnight stays (estimated at 70%, within 8 Midwestern States.)
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with the rest of the Steering Unit through interpersonal skills, strategic planning; analytical thinking, team building, product and process knowledge, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  • Generate new businesses opportunities and expand the customer base by acquiring new end user customers, or introducing new products to existing customers by identifying, qualifying and closing product applications.
  • Provide after-sales support services and technical back up as required; including product training and demonstrations.
  • Develop & maintain territory plans and initiatives to generate sustainable growth for our brands in the market.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be managing and increasing the designated sales territory in the Midwest, and in line with the VRM sales targets and strategy.
  • Daily, practical hands-on, Body-shop demonstrates
  • Knowledge of the Windshield replacement markets a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Self-starter and results driven
  • Adhesive or similar market sales experience
  • Fluent in Spanish desired
