Treasury Manager - Risk Manager

  • Oversees the funding program of the organization ensuring compliance and best practices for borrowing – Commercial Paper Program
  • Oversees complex intercompany loan program coordinating closely with tax, accounting, controlling teams
  • Monitors and prepares loan covenant compliance
  • Reviews monthly interest expense and accruals, monthly journal entries and accruals
  • Supports businesses and provides guidance for hedging decisions
  • Manages aspects of financial risk through accounting, audit, planning and treasury functions
  • Oversees issuing letters of credit.
  • Understands how regulatory reform will impact the business and helps ensure the business is best positioned to respond.
  • Ensures proper controls are in place for regulatory requirements, such as FBAR, SOX, FAFCA and Dodd- Frank.
  • Assists with reporting and external financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal corporate standards relating to risk management and reporting and other treasury functions
  • Provide guidance and leadership for corporate-wide initiatives or special projects (i.e. acquisition integration, digital enhancements, RFPs)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 3-4 years of finance experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding of general business processes and financial statements 
  • Strong problem-solving capability, project management experience a plus 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently 
  • Possess digital and challenger mindset
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP and Wall Street Systems experience a plus
