  • Driving strategic brand growth via existing and possibly new categories
  • Owning brand equity and brand purpose and ensuring consistent communication approach of those
  • Developing and executing annual and long-term strategic plans for the brand, consistent with corporate priorities
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, market share and other objectives
  • Actively managing brand P&L
  • Influencing innovation to develop and execute short and long-term core improvement and new products


  • BS/BA (Marketing, Business), MBA preferred with a minimum of 6 years experience in consumer products marketing (CPG)
  • Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends)
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills; strong analytical skills; strong financial orientation
  • Ability to analyze research data and make decisions designed to generate incremental sales and profits
  • Proven record of driving change, challenging status-quo and delivering business results. Demonstrated leadership and organization skills required; collaborate, cross-functional team player.
