Customer Service Front Office Agent

YOUR ROLE

  • Being first point of contact to handle and resolve inquiries coming from Customer and Sales team
  • Providing efficient and structured service to our Customers and Sales team by handling their requests, complaints and coordinating a final response
  • Assuming responsibility to effectively use of ticketing system to register all cases
  • Participation in regular customer meetings (e.g. quarterly meetings to review KPIs and metrics)
  • Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound calls; monitoring of cases managed in Support Office
  • Take part in CS projects that will contribute to improved service levels, business growth, increased efficiencies and consequently reduced costs.
  • Ensuring first time right customer communication

YOUR SKILLS

  • Having a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field with a successful academic record
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Services preferably within international organizations, experience in export management is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Advance knowledge MS Office applications
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong ability to influence, provide leadership, work in a team environment
  • Able to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment
