Content & SEO Strategy Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Own, shape and drive global B2B content strategy development for owned digital channels (website, social media, targeted activation) ensuring consistent content development that delivers value to the customer and for the business
  • Develop and lead search engine optimization strategy and processes
  • Assist in identifying global content partner(s) and manage content creation / production with stakeholders and experts
  • Ensure data-driven content strategy by defining a measurement framework & regularly extracting insights
  • Drive consistent improvement in content reuse and scalability across channels and countries by leveraging automation with content management systems (Web CMS, DAM, PIM, Sprinkler)
  • Serve as content subject matter expert in agile development team(s)
  • Drive the development of new ideas and concepts for messaging and storytelling across existing and emerging channels and technologies

YOUR SKILLS

  • Business, Marketing, or Communications degree plus expertise in content strategy, SEO, customer journeys, content performance measurement, and digital marketing activities & processes
  • Min 5 years of proven digital marketing or customer experience, ideally within large companies
  • Understanding of user experience (UX), information architecture and content structures, marketing automation, & paid media activation
  • Strong experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager a plus)
  • Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing effectiveness
  • Very good presentation and leaderships skills in order to drive large global transformational projects with the right sponsorship and buy-in
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Very good business acumen, results driven person, self-motivating approach
