YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for working at Canadian OEM Customers (with a focus on Toyota Canada) in following Areas: Automotive Surface Treatment, Automotive Body Sealing, Parts and Foams as well as other Henkel Technologies as required by your customers.
  • Working to gain new sales opportunities and support the broader teams thru ACE project initiation and follow-up.
  • Performing checks on Inventory, Processes, Consumption and be the first responder for any issues which might occur.
  • Initiate VAVE activities and keep a Value file of all pertinent activities which show Henkel's value to the customers.
  • Develop effective account management strategies and drive high standards and professionalism for Henkel.
  • Insure good communications and rapid resolution of issues important to Henkel and the customer.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Biological Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years Automotive Experience.
  • Strong work ethic and good customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem resolution and technical leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and external communications.
  • Strong PC knowledge and capabilities
