Senior Manager Key Account Management Excellence (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Execute Key Account Management excellence roadmap globally in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for Adhesive Technologies
  • Execute global framework, policy & Key Account strategy development
  • Lead and support global strategic sales excellence projects within Strategic Business Unit
  • Lead best practice methodology (identification, sharing, roll-out) for Key Account Management
  • Drive and support customer roadmapping
  • Support KAM excellence & customer roadmapping initiatives for Adhesives
  • Test & roll out new applications/functionalities for sales excellence within the Strategic Business Unit
  • Develop and provide input to the Sales Excellence training curriculum

YOUR SKILLS 

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Solid Experience in Marketing and Key Account / Sales Management (relevant industry / consumer experience) and international work experience
  • Very strong conceptual and systematic thinking
  • Outstanding communication and Project Management skills
  • Fluent in English; German or another language would be a plus
