YOUR ROLE

Improve the way HOW we do Key Account Management in our Strategic Business Unit (SBU)

  • Execute Key Account Management excellence roadmap globally in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for Adhesive Technologies
  • Develop and roll-out Key Account Management framework (standards & processes) in close collaboration with (SBU / cross-SBU) stakeholders
  • Challenge status quo of Key Account Management approach & standards
  • Enable and support Key Account strategy development by elevating Key Account Management capabilities of Sales community
  • Lead global strategic sales excellence projects within Strategic Business Unit, e.g. on customer roadmapping
  • Lead best practice methodology (identification, sharing, roll-out) for Key Account Management
  • Test & roll out new applications/functionalities for sales excellence within the Strategic Business Unit
  • Support KAM excellence projects & initiatives for Adhesives Technologies
  • Collaborate and exchange with Key Account Management and Adhesives Sales Excellence community

YOUR SKILLS 

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Solid Experience in Marketing and Key Account / Sales Management (relevant industry / consumer experience) and international work experience
  • Very strong conceptual and systematic thinking
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Business fluent in English; German or another language would be a plus
