The BeNeFrance (Belgium, the Netherlands and France) Sales Manager is responsible for end-to-end leadership and execution of our Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM) strategy in all markets and to exceed sales and profit objectives. Your main tasks are the following:

  • Develop and implement business plan to exceed sales and profit objectives with specific focus on the Independent and Approved Vehicle Repair Markets: Mechanical Repair, Collision Repair and Windscreen Replacement

  • Execute all vehicle repair and maintenance strategic priorities (Global/Regional)

  • Lead implementation of required Demand Plan forecast to ensure maximum availability of product supply to customers and minimum risk of scrap

  • Maintain strong relationship with customers through regular visits and/or support to team members and their customer contacts

  • Review existing channels and route-to-market opportunities and develop new relationships and partnerships to achieve required growth objectives in our key segments

  • Maintain profitability through awareness of market sector pricing and skilled negotiations

  • Explore and anticipate market trends and conduct regular analysis aligned to key markets and/or technologies

  • Identify and manage defensive and offensive measures to improve new business pipeline and quality

  • Work together with Technical Support, Operations, Marketing and related stakeholders on local and regional level

  • Leading a team across the cluster of France, Belgium and the Netherlands


  • Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing with knowledge and experience in deep vehicle repair and maintenance (aftermarket) industry / market

  • At least 10 years’ experience in sales, with managerial roles, ideally in the aftermarket industry

  • Good business understanding

  • Previous experience of leading teams across different countries

  • Experience with CRM systems and MS-Office

  • Fluent in English and French (additionally Dutch is an advantage)

Area : France 70% and Belgium/Netherlands 30%
