YOUR ROLE

  • Directly reporting to the Sales Director, Beauty Care and leading a team of 9 professionals
  • Design, implement, and measure sales and business plans for Cash & Carry and Wholesales channel to drive growth and deliver Beauty Care Business Unit’s short and long-term goals
  • Work closely with the Management Team to develop and execute annual business plan and sales opportunities for the responsible channel
  • Assume responsibility for the management of the Field Merchandiser Team to secure field excellence in POS and lead third party agency contracting process
  • Implementation of sales activities and centrally defined sales strategy in excellence
  • Organize regular regional visits and develop an effective network within existing and potential customers
  • Ensure effective account agreements with the Cash & Carry and Wholesales customers
  • Develop, coach, and mentor sales teams within their assigned territory to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets

YOUR SKILLS

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
  • 10+ years of account and distributor management experience in a multinational FMCG company is required
  • Successful track record in managing and developing a nationwide sales team; selection, leadership engagement, and supervision
  • Proven track record in achieving sales plans
  • Sound know-how in strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-disciplined leadership skills
  • Good command of English and MS Office programs
  • No restrictions to travel
