  • This position would be specifically for the sales/service of industrial adhesives used in OEM wood process/manufacturing applications. 
  • Markets sold to by providing manufacturing adhesive solutions include: 
  • Engineered Wood, window construction, door assembling, foam bonding, furniture assembly, flooring, and other similar markets.


  • BA/BS Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or business or related discipline required. 
  • 3- 5+ years’ experience in technical sales. Industrial adhesive experience a plus. 
  • A self-starter with initiative, and the drive and determination to achieve specific and measurable goals and objectives. 
  • Excellent communication skills for convincing and influencing.  
  • Organized and proficient in Excel, Work, Lotus Notes and related technology. 
  • Exhibited knowledge of applicable products and applications. Knowledge of automated control equipment helpful. 
  • Skills in the following areas: planning, organization, customer focus, results, and relationship building.  
  • Ability to work well in team environment and to facilitate meetings consisting of key customers. 
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 40-60%.
