Sales Support Specialist

·Provide support to the Sales Operations Manager on various initiatives, including Trade Spending requests and tracking, letters to customers, monthly & ad hoc sales reports, and business analysis

·Work with Manila team to pay monthly sales broker commissions

·Work with Manila and Sales team to process customer deductions for trade/marketing spending

·Work with Marketing & Supply Chain on product forecasting to ensure in-stock inventory for sales expectations

·Process check requests from Sales Team to pay customers and vendors; maintain log of submissions

·Generate special pricing contracts from field sales manager requests

·Produce monthly and quarterly customer payment reports


·Undergraduate degree

·Experience within the consumer products or business to business industry helpful

·SAP systems familiarity and basic accounting skills helpful

·Systems proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Access)

·Good oral and written communication skills a must

·Flexibility – able to take on new projects and learn new skills/systems to meet business need

·Good analytical skills, able to problem solve through deductive reasoning

·Good attention to detail

·Strong desire to learn

·Time management – able to prioritize multiple tasks
