  • Lead the development and execution of international go to market plans, including strategic planning, budgeting, internal sell-in and execution to ultimately drive awareness, trial and market share of priority brands, products and launches
  • Develop strong relationships with PR/press/trade media to drive maximum customer awareness
  • Establish the creative design and brand messaging for main customer facing sales and marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the brand and creative teams.
  • Key member of Marketing Leadership Team that meets weekly and key Alterna department head that meets monthly to collaborate and develop winning sales and marketing strategies 
  • Lead the cross-functional timeline for marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure on-time deliveries and promotional execution
  • Manage trade marketing and PR budgets


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred with focus in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain
  • Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG, salon professional beauty care preferred
  • Experience managing and leading a team required with the ability to mentor junior members for professional growth
  • Trade/Customer Marketing experience required, PR experience preferred
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized with capacity for multi-tasking, re-prioritizating, and the ability to displays sense of urgency to work with tight deadlines,
  • Demonstrates leadership and collaboration to work well with multiple company stakeholders
