YOUR ROLE

·Oversee Customer Service Team – on-board and train new team members

·Interact with customers daily – responding to questions and guiding appropriate answers

·Communicate effectively with internal teams -Sales/Planning/Transport to drive high levels of customer service standards – OTIF

·Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions

·Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings

YOUR SKILLS

·10+ Years’ experience in Customer Service, 5+ Years supervisory experience

·Extensive e-commerce Background – Amazon specific a must

·Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training, hiring and mentoring

·Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite – Google Docs- Power BI
