YOUR ROLE 

  • Daily close collaboration with design engineers for battery and e-Drive systems at Daimler 
  • Development and maintenance of a network to the customer Daimler and other supplier and partners
  • Main technical interface to the customer
  • Understand key technical customer requirements and specifications
  • Get technical approvals on new battery and e-Drive applications for Henkel products
  • Project management for driving projects from first design discussion to prototyping to approval to production scale-up phase and first sales
  • Involve internal stakeholders at Henkel, e.g. research and development team to support on achieving the technical customer approval
  • Collaborate with Henkel Key Account Management for Daimler for commercial offers and negotiation
  • Run market launch

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Ideally min. 5 years of professional experience with automotive background
  • Negotiation and project management skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Driving licence B

This is a 100% field position with home office base for Daimler locations in Southern Germany.
