YOUR ROLE

  • Assuming responsibility for Compensation & Benefits management, analysis and market comparison for Henkel Turkey
  • Managing and updating Henkel HR Policies and procedures in accordance with local legal regulations and Henkel Corporate Standards
  • Ensuring effective HR processes for the country, taking proactive actions if/when development is necessary
  • Leading and coordinating all C&B and HR systems (SAP) related projects and updates, working in cooperation with the IMEA Region (India, Middle East Africa) and acting first point of contact across the region
  • Acting as the key contact person for the HR governance related topic, ensuring local operation is managed aligned with the Henkel global policies and requirements
  • Preparing action/implementation plans in C&B and governance related topics, guiding the HRBPs and Head of HR
  • Supporting HR Operations Manager in all LCM, HR payroll and legislative topics, when/if necessary
  • Point of contact for the preparation of regional HR Scorecard for Turkey and responsible to keep the record of Country HR scorecard
  • Leading all HR Systems (SAP) related projects in close contact with IT and global process owners

YOUR SKILLS

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
  • 4-5 of total HR experience in Compensation and Benefits field combined with HR Governance processes know-how
  • Previous payroll management experience is an additional asset
  • SAP or relevant system proficiency is a must
  • High level proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Great command of English in both speaking and writing
  • Strong analytical thinking skills equipped with detail-oriented approach
