  • The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for steering trade funds for profitable NES growth at our customers.
  • The SPM works closely with the sales team to budget, plan, execute and track NES, spending and GP1 results.
  • The SPM also works with cross functions such as marketing, finance, demand planning and customer service as part of a cohesive Canada team.
  • Marry financial acumen and planning skills together to build a strong overall volume and spending plan.
  • Work one-on-one with sales team members in the development of customer plans
  • Oversee the TPM (trade management planning) tool to ensure accurate and timely plans are captured and quantified.
  • Create, review and communicate volume and spending information to the broad team and management
  • Identify risks and opportunities


  • B.A./B.S. undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years CPG experience, including sales and/or support/analytics
  • Knowledge of CPG industry, Henkel customers
  • Strong planning skills and understanding of promotional and distribution planning
  • Strong organizational skills and strong work ethic
  • Has a good understanding of the CPG industry and the Canadian marketplace.
  • Has the ability to align people from multi-functional disciplines across the company
