  • Supports Dir Sales Operations (solid line) in development, design and programming of MS Office based sales tools with focus in Excel & MSAccess. 
  • Strong working knowledge of EXCEL Power Tools and DAX language, VBA & relational databases 
  • Develop and maintain new analytical capabilities & reporting utilizing Power BI & Excel to drive insights for sales leadership. Ad-hoc reporting to Management, Sales, NRM & Finance 
  • SPOC for Sales & Financial BI Reporting including user access & training • Aid in the evolution of internal forecast program to deliver efficiencies. Create training documentation for sales systems
  • TPM trade promotion management systems support . Data access & governance, audit/compliance reporting support 
  • Develop & lead analysis of standardized tracking reports from TPM system & BI tools for actual & forecasted metrics
  • Lead Planning process with Sales Strategy Leadership including: VBB & QBR templates, data roll-up, manipulation & gap analysis. 


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience in an analytical or programming role preferred. A minimum of 3 years in the consumer package goods industry, and 1-2 years analytical experience. 
  • Advanced personal computer (MSAccess, Excel, Power BI, and Visual Basic) and mainframe modeling software knowledge (SAP). 
  • Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills. 
  • A consummate team player, capable of working well within a matrix environment. 
  • Flexibility – ability to work well within a relatively unstructured environment. . 
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge of MSAccess, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, or other Microsoft specific programming language. Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer, Business Objects, SQL Server or SAP is a plus.
  • Category management, Business Analytics or Trade Marketing experience a plus but not required
