  • Develop and execute the marketing activation strategy on all relevant consumer touchpoints for the Beauty Care category & brand to reach the defined awareness and conversion objectives.
  • Ensure that all marketing, communication and digital initiatives converge towards developing consumer engagement and loyalty for the brand.
  • Define annual campaign calendar and create activation plans and always on measures for core portfolio, launches and promotions to ensure the right level of support for each, consistent with the global marketing & media strategy
  • Ownership of brand equity and functioning as contact person and gate keeper for the Brand CI / the visual identity of the brand on all touchpoints including POS
  • Update and optimize owned consumer touchpoints (e.g. website, social channels) and key e-retailer websites and plan and execute e-retail animations in close collaboration with the customer activation managers in the Key Account teams

  • Manage earned touchpoints, e.g. online testimonials (influencers) and ratings for the category & brand in line with the brand's digital strategy

  • Regularly monitor the development of the measures on their performance, highlight successes and derive learning experiences from failures


  • Master degree in Marketing, Economics, International Management or other relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in local brand and brand activation management preferably within the respective FMCG beauty category 
  • Profound knowledge of the special requirements of all paid, owned and earned touchpoints across the consumer journey like classical ATL touchpoints, digital touchpoints, PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, CRM & POS
  • Strong analytical skills, to use data to form strategy and raise ROI on activities
  • Strong creative skills and knowledge about all ATL & BTL communication tools
  • Fluent Germany language skills, English and other languages are advantageous
