YOUR ROLE

  • Consult and collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain and Functions (e.g. IT)) in order to achieve cost-efficient and future-oriented end-to-end process solutions (focus on Sales, CRM and BI)
  • Benchmark process performance, analyze global trends for new process opportunities and best practice solutions to identify strategic optimization potential for our business processes and develop improvement strategies (e.g. by process re-engineering, standardization, harmonization...)
  • Collect optimization demands/change requests from local, regional and global business teams, evaluate them across Henkel’s business units and decide on project prioritization
  • Manage strategic projects, steer, control, motivate and support key stakeholders and cross country teams on global process optimization and transformation
  • Address business requirements to internal and external IT experts and lead business implementation of new IT tools

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent university degree preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5-7 years of successful professional experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or B2B in beauty industry (preferably in CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations or Sales Controlling)
  • Embracing change and driving execution of change processes
  • Strong project management skills and strategic thinking ability
  • Knowledge in process management and continuous improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
  • Highly ambitious and determined personality with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills in intercultural business context and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent English, German is of advantage
