YOUR ROLE

The Sales Analyst, Drug and Specialty, is responsible for leading all analytical and technical support for our Beauty Care business. In this important role, the Sales Analyst will partner with National Account Managers, National Business Managers, and Sales Leadership to drive sales, share, and profit growth for Henkel’s Beauty Care portfolio. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Set and own the customer-oriented culture of sales analysis for the team
  • Provide prioritization of critical projects and time management for the customer team
  • Reside as expert in data systems used to support the business
  • Oversees promotional analysis, forecasting inputs, scorecard development, standardize reporting of internal and external metrics, and New Item distribution tracking and performance
  • Design reporting for pre and post feature tracking
  • Provide trend analysis to support in the forecast process
  • Own the sales forecast input into internal systems
  • Deerfield, IL is the preferred location for this role, however Stamford, CT is considered an alternate location.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years of successful experience within CPG analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and technical experience and knowledge. Expertise with syndicated data
  • Experience working in a complex organization and driving collaboration. Ability to thrive within cross functional customer role 
  • Proven record of results and professionalism; strong oral and written communication; proven time management – able to prioritize multiple task
