  • Develop and execute IR strategy and Henkel’s equity story to manage opinion of investors and analysts about Henkel and the Henkel shares in a positive and trustful way and to foster an adequate valuation of the Henkel shares
  • Maintain direct contact portfolio of world-wide institutional investors and financial analysts
  • Organize and conduct roadshows and visit conferences in major financial centers involving CEO/CFO; develop and execute Henkel Investor & Analyst Days
  • Manage expectations of analysts and investors on company results
  • Steer and prepare the content of the Annual Report and the Quarterly Reports as well as key aspects of the Annual General Meeting in cooperation with Corporate Controlling, Finance and Communication departments
  • Contribute to formulation of company strategy, advise top management and management board on capital market related topics
  • Define policy and targeting strategies for optimal investor composition compatible with Henkel strategy and its family ownership
  • Deal with management and communication of corporate events and crisis situations together with Corporate Communication for respective target groups


  • Master‘s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Investor Relations and/or in capital markets function
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally experience in Bloomberg/Reuters/FactSet and IR CRM solutions
  • Sparring partner skills to challenge assumptions, questioning status quo and giving advice
  • Highly motivated, proactive and open-minded team player with strong analytical, conceptual and negotiation skills
  • Efficient handling of multiple demands and priorities
