  • Ensure governance and compliance for local Source to Pay process related activities in close cooperation with the Shared Service Center, Legal, Tax, Finance, Internal/External Audit
  • Implementation of strategic projects and programs in local Source to Pay process in support of Global initiatives
  • Implement best in class processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement.  Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
  • Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending.  Conduct operational performance and strategic supplier evaluations
  • Contract management support including creation, review, obtaining proper approvals and follow up
  • Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
  • Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals as well as NWC targets


  • Bachelor’s degree required, additional preference of an MBA.  3-5 years Purchase to Pay or equivalent experience required
  • Knowledge of (MRO and Capital investment markets/ Indirect Materials and Services) inclusive of purchasing practices and contract law
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement, including supplier base, general industry information and cost drivers
  • Excellent negotiating and create/strategic business skills in solving problems
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.  Solid communication collaboration skills for business stakeholders and vendor management
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP system is a strong plus
