The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Manager, within the Beauty Retail Customer Excellence Team, is responsible for discovering insights, identifying opportunities, and creating tools and processes that help increase trade investment productivity and drive profitable growth. This position supports core Henkel portfolio Beauty Care brands.

·Develop recommendations for tactic shifts (by customer) and strategy shifts (by brand) to improve investment effectiveness and ROI. Support consolidation and sharing of best practices for promotional pricing and merchandising execution. Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Field Sales teams to optimize full-year plans based on quantitative insights.

·Assist in development of trade investment allocation strategies and models to help steer funding decisions. Budget and track deployment of market development funds to support opportunistic investments with strategic brands and customers. 

·Work with Sales Strategy to determine customer team targets that meet overall sales growth and profitability objectives. Create & enhance performance monitoring tools to track against goals and identify areas for improvement.

·Participate in customer planning workshops and business reviews to drive enhanced productivity in various trade spend programs.

·Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales


·Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred. 

·5-10+ years of experience preferred, inclusive of Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing CPG industry experience strongly preferred.

·Prior role(s) in NRM (Revenue Growth Management / Net Revenue Management), Sales Strategy, National Account Manager, Customer Investment Optimization, and/or Finance highly preferred.

·Demonstrated professional success and career progression.
