YOUR ROLE

  • Become a team member of the Global Professional Campus team, responsible for driving sales and channel excellence with professional classroom, digital training and coaching
  • Contribute to the development of a new digital training and coaching concept for 5000 sales people
  • Support the global roll-out of a new coaching and sales enablement application
  • Be responsible for user acceptance testing, survey conceptualization and deployment

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed at least first 2 semesters of social science or business-related studies, ideally with a focus on sales or marketing
  • Excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness and ability to establish trustful relationships across regions and local businesses
  • Ability to work on various tasks in parallel and at a high level of independency
  • Passion for continuous learning, people development and innovation
  • Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
