YOUR ROLE

  • The Human Resources Business Partner will maintain and improve systems, processes and functions required to ensure effective HR direction for the Adhesive Technologies Cannon Falls, MN manufacturing site.
  • As a key member of the plant leadership, this role will manage the workflow and application of HR policies, procedures and practices in support of plant objectives.
  • The HRBP will manage talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management as well as provide guidance on organizational design.
  • This role will provide support and guidance to managers and employees in all areas of HR, compensation, payroll, benefits and general policy interpretation. 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years professional HR experience HR experience with a manufacturing plant is required
  • Professional HR Certification preferred
  • Proven strategic and practical skills with demonstrated problem analysis and resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of employment law
