  • Lead Walmart Category Development team and manage Club Channel in developing strategic planning and execution initiatives with the customer that elevate our influence with these customers.
  • Leveraging Consumer, Category and Shopper Insights to identify business growth opportunities that will drive profitable growth for our Customers and Henkel.
  • Building strong working relationships across multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Build customer relationships and drive category partnership opportunities
    • Manage and lead development Walmart Category Development team
    • Lead and manage Category Development initiatives and support for Club Customers
    • Identify and quantify 4P category growth opportunities
    • Provide insights to inform and support development of category strategy
    • Lead Category reviews, Category JBPs and development of assortment & Modular executions
    • Expand shared learning and category insights across organization


  • B.S. or B.A. degree • 7-10+ Years CPG experience, with 3+ years in Category Management/Shopper Insights role
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships; ability to influence decision makers across all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Proactively translates insights into business solutions
  • Mastery of syndicated POS, Household panel, primary & secondary consumer/shopper insights
