YOUR ROLE

  • You will play a key role in championing Henkel’s efforts to further strengthen our North American D&I approach covering the entire life cycle of an employee
  • In addition to helping to develop our enhanced D&I strategy you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders to implement related initiatives
  • You will also partner with the Corporate Citizenship team to further expand our corporate social responsibility programs for North America
  • We are hoping you will bring your expertise as well as your commitment to creating inclusive cultures and supporting employees and our communities to our team
  • Based in Stamford but open to other Henkel locations for the right candidate

YOUR SKILLS

  • Passion for using data to analyze workforce developments
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong network with vendors and industry peers
  • 8+ years of experience in an operational or strategic D&I or Corporate Citizenship role
