Territory Sales Representative - Northern British Columbia

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for implementing plans and strategies to grow key MRO accounts and foster relationships with end-users and distribution.
  • Develops demand/needs for Henkel products.
  • Responsible for motivating the distributor sales force to sell Henkel products to industrial users.
  • Recommends development of new products to meet customer needs
  • Establish Territory Business Plan to create tactics to grow sales of key accounts and distribution channel.
  • Implements time and territory management techniques to achieve dollar producing results in a timely and ongoing manner.
  • Follows ‘Henkel’s Sales Model’ in daily sales activities.
  • Implement marketing programs and partner with marketing department in order to meet market needs.
  • Assumes responsibilities for other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Overnight travel for customer calls and meetings to meet requirements of job.
  • Post Secondary Education. Engineering or Mechanical Diploma preferred but industry experience is considered.
  • Must be a self starter and able to work independently.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, organization and presentation skills.
  • Must be competent with Excel, PowerPoint and Word and comfortable with technology.
  • Local and key account knowledge.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Distribution experience.
  • Proficient with Social Media
  • Able to contribute within a team environment
