Warehouse Administrator - Birmingham Based

YOUR ROLE

  • Ensure that all operational activities are executed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations, internal KPI's and cost drivers
  • Planning and managing end to end dispatch activities for our automotive customers
  • Picking and dispatch documentation creation
  • Oversee and support activities of the 3rd Party Warehouse Provider to meet shipping deadlines
  • Manage “just in time” customer order changes and additions
  • Co-ordinate with 3rd party transport providers for on-time collection and delivery of customer orders
  • Creating daily reporting

YOUR SKILLS

  • Previous experience in warehousing and preferably an administration environment
  • Ability to prioritise and respond to customer demands efficiently
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused and problem solving orientated
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be proactive and self-directing

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:30 and Fridays 07:00-12:00
