YOUR ROLE

This role supports the Business Director APAC for Hygiene & Tobacco. This role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, and the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.

  • Able to understand and follow supervisor’s flow of thoughts and structure it into tangible output e.g. presentation slides and/or actions.
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, templates, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications.
  • Provide some secretarial and organisational support and/or conduct research on: meetings, conferences, functions, distributing minutes, making travel, Visa application and accommodation arrangements.
  • Arrange complex and at times last minutes, travel arrangements, visa processes, hotel arrangements and travel/ expenses claims, review itineraries ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Support & Admin department operation
  • Provide support on APC APAC related projects
  • Build processes to drive efficiency in planning, reporting and communication within the team, and track and help drive completion of key deliverable and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and support the Business Director on confidential project work and reviews across APAC.
  • Any other administrative work as required

YOUR SKILLS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma with at least 3 years of corporate working experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent Organisational skills, quick, efficient and reliable
  • Confidentiality
  • Organised and flexible as every day is different and can change at short notice so therefore need to be able to priorities
  • Team player
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
