Project Implementation Manager

Job Summary:Responsible for leading the efficient and timely implementation of Laundry and Home Care projects for North America.Manage project timelines and collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales/Marketing, Engineering R&D, Supply Chain) to implement/launch new items, achieve project objectives (organic sales growth, costs, timing, product quality, etc..) and minimize inefficiencies and complexity in the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

·Effectively coordinate/manage all aspects of product implementation after project approval decision

·Partner with Key Account Manager (KAM) to smoothly transition innovation projects to PIM organization for commercialization

·Single point of contact for project implementation to Sales, Marketing, Engineering R&D and other cross functional teams

·Govern the implementation of local projects (innovations, cost chase, maintenance, production transfers, etc..) from final product development to market introduction

·Ensure the on-time and full availability of new products to meet launch timing

·Closely collaborate with cross functional team to optimize the assortment of articles to reduce manufacturing complexity

·Manufacturing and Technical Readiness leader for new product innovation delivery – requiring strong multi-functional collaboration and personal initiative to identify opportunities and achieve business goals.

Requirements

·Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the equivalent education and work experience

·3-5 years of work experience in the area of Supply Chain Planning / Project Management

·Proven leadership experience in an integrated supply chain with the ability to lead a cross functional project team

·Proficient in Microsoft applications and data analysis as well as strong working knowledge of SAP or similar.

·Flexibility to travel
