YOUR ROLE

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of financial managers and analysts to develop the supply chain controlling team in-line with Henkel best practices and drive results and performance. Lead a team across different locations.
  • Financials ownership of Supply Chain KPIs across multiple P&Ls
  • Business Partner to the SVP Supply Chain NA as well as the Supply Chain leadership team across all departments (Production, Logistics etc)
  • Drive financial discussions in the Supply Chain leadership team
  • Financial steering of significant capital and transformational Supply Chain and Production footprint projects
  • Working in an international team, cross functional cooperation with various different stakeholders both locally and internationally
  • Drive transparency on COGS across the organization including presentation in meetings with top management
  • Define and manage strategic projects related to regional Supply Chain Controlling

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors' degree required in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA preferred
  • 10+ years' experience with emphasis on CPG supply chain and finance support
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate, lead a team across multiple locations and challenge key stakeholders to drive performance
  • Proven track record of developing people with specific focus on ambition and passion
  • Decisive, self-motivated and demonstrates entrepreneur spirit
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of customer business planning, consumer/customer trends, and evaluating return on investment
  • Travel 10-15%
