YOUR ROLE

The continuous Improvement Manager develops, plans, and implements Supply Chain process improvements with enable improved efficiency and productivity. Working collaboratively with various work streams, responsibilities includes defining cross function process, identify and selecting capable solutions, establishing implementation plans and driving successful implementation

  • Analyze Supply Chain processes and develop process improvement recommendations
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, data analysis, workshops, surveys, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, summarize from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user request from the underlying true needs
  • Prototype solution and manage expectation by proactive communication and collaboration with internal customers
  • Establish digital platform in GCN Supply Chain

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Should have 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Preferred language: English (Fluent)
