Basic Function: Position will be responsible for leading the Global Market & Customer Activation team in building brand awareness and generating demand globally for the adhesive, sealant and coating solutions of the Manufacturing and Maintenance SBU within Henkel’s Adhesives BU.

  • Develop and steer global market and customer activation strategies within current and new markets
  •  Develop and steer inbound and outbound marketing strategy
  • Steer and develop brand strategy (brand position, brand equities development)
  • Oversee global messaging, positioning, campaigns, promotion & product launches always seeking out new methodologies to maximize customer engagement
  • Own and steer annual global marketing communication plan in line with defined KSI´s, focusing on key market campaigns & innovation launches
  • Own and steer digital backbones e.g. PIM & DAM, website
  • Develop team to create talent pool for next generation leaders at Henkel


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Master's degree a plus
  • 10-15 years (7+ Marketing / 2+ Sales) / 2+ years international work experience
  • B2B Industrial experience preferred
  • Strong brand and content management
  • Advertising, Communications & On-Line Marketing
  • Digital transformation experience • Exceptional leadership, coordination, persuasion, presentation and creativity skills
